Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it. No reason needed.

How to return

1. Write to desvouz@groupmail.com with your order number and the pieces you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the pieces back unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Refund

Once we receive the return, we refund the full price of the pieces and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.

The cost of sending the return back to us is paid by the customer, unless the piece arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — in that case we pay it.

Exchanges

Need another size? Return the piece and place a new order, or write to us and we will help you.

Legal guarantee

All DESVOUZ products have the 3-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects. Normal wear from use is not covered.

Under EU law you always have at least 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Our 30-day policy extends that right.
